My outdoor classes are open-level, meaning that everyone is welcome to participate. You don’t need any yoga experience to join, nor do you have to be flexible to take any of my classes. I believe that yoga is not about performing the poses perfectly, or having the best flexibility or balance. It is all about connecting with yourself, about being present and being aware.
You show up and everything else is a bonus.

Afterwork Outdoor Yoga - Beginner
Wake up your body after a long day of work with lots of stretches, hip-openers and posture improving poses, making it the perfect after-work yoga routine to beat a desk bound posture. Together we will look at the basics and focus on safe alignment.
Suitable for beginners.

Early Bird Outdoor Yoga - All levels
Grab your mat and meet me at the Rhine for a morning practice in the fresh air. This outdoor class incorporates a simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. By starting your day with yoga, you can relieve tension from the body, focus the mind and go into your day with more resilience and positivity.
Suitable for all levels, from beginners to masters and everything in between.
